The Open Source Foundation founded and operates a Community Computer Centre (PusKoMas) in Pekalongan, Central Java.
The centre is open 7 days a week and is open to anyone in the community who wishes to learn about open source software and technology.
Further PusKoMas are planned for other places in Indonesia.
IOAF founded and operates Forum Ubuntu Indonesia , which is the principal forum for Ubuntu linux support in Indonesia. Seminars and workshops are held at least every 6 months.
The Ubuntu Indonesia desktop is an open source project that produces a desktop-ready operating system for Indonesian business and government. See Distro Ubuntu Indonesia . IOAF guides and funds the development of this system.
