Overview
The Indonesian Open Technology Foundation (Yayasan Teknologi Terbuka
Indonesia - YaTTI) was established on April 28, 2014, through a notarial
deed (Akta Pendirian) signed before Notary Lilik Kristiwati, S.H. in
Jakarta. The foundation was created with an initial capital of Rp.
200,000,000 (two hundred million rupiah).

Governance Structure
Three-Tier Structure:
- Pembina (Patrons):
- Highest authority
- Determine foundation policies

- Manage foundation assets

Decision Making:
- Pembina meetings held at least once annually
- Decisions preferably by consensus (musyawarah untuk mufakat)
- Voting when consensus cannot be reached
