YaTTI Foundation Establishment - Summary of Articles of Association

Overview

The Indonesian Open Technology Foundation (Yayasan Teknologi Terbuka Indonesia - YaTTI) was established on April 28, 2014, through a notarial deed (Akta Pendirian) signed before Notary Lilik Kristiwati, S.H. in Jakarta. The foundation was created with an initial capital of Rp. 200,000,000 (two hundred million rupiah).

WHAT - Foundation Purpose

  1. Pembina (Patrons):

    • Appoint and dismiss Pengurus and Pengawas

  2. Pengurus (Board of Directors):
    • Day-to-day management
    • Implement foundation programs
    • Manage foundation assets
    • Report to Pembina
  3. Pengawas (Board of Supervisors):
